Thank you so much for inviting us to partner with the ministry happening at your church — it's an honor we don't take lightly.
A little about us: we're Curvine and Candace, childhood sweethearts since we were six and married 21 years. We spent ten years as traveling evangelists and the past eleven in the local church. Today we serve as Campus Pastors over the main campus at Victory Church in Atlanta — one of the most diverse churches in America, reaching 24,000+ each weekend — under our senior pastors, Johnson and Summer Bowie. Home is Atlanta, where we're raising our four kids: Lyric (16), Legend (14), Lion (10), and baby Levy.
Alongside Victory, we lead The Well Collective, a soul care ministry that helps families embrace Sabbath living and discover the values that hold a home together. More than anything, we're passionate about building strong families — families who lead with love and live with a vision the whole house can articulate.

How can Curvine & Candace serve?
"In this season, we are focusing primarily on 2-day gatherings that we call WELL COLLECTIVE WEEKENDS — where we host a One-Day Marriage & Family Event (Friday or Saturday), followed by a weekend preaching engagement (Sunday). This model allows us to make the biggest impact possible on the families of your church."
A word on availability.
Given their limited availability for outside engagements each year, saying "yes" to an event takes careful consideration and prayer. While Curvine and Candace would love to accept every invitation, their first responsibilities are to their family and to the staff and congregation at Victory Church.
So they can minister effectively while also honoring those commitments at home, our Board of Directors has stepped in to set an all-inclusive honorarium on their behalf. This all-inclusive approach keeps expectations clear and helps build a foundation of sustainability for The Well to continue reaching more families.

The honorarium base.
Do you agree to cover the $3,000 base rate our board has set in place, as outlined?
"The base rate is exactly that — a base. It helps us cover our operational budget and our time away from home. Anything your church feels led to give above it is a gift, never an expectation."
Let's total it up.
Count days of ministry only — never travel. If we need to fly in a day early, that’s on us. Our 2-day model (a One-Day Marriage & Family Event plus Sunday) is the most common.
For the 2-day model, three nights is the standard.
"We know every church works within different financial realities. If anything here ever feels like a stretch, just tell us — we’d love to find a way to serve, and we’re always glad to talk it through together. :)"
